Homegrown, 2012
Growing out of a year-long series of house shows, The McMakens hit the studio for this self-produced full-length follow-up to their 2009 record Sleep Easy. Recorded in tandem with Dan Fager’s debut EP, this album combines the intimacy and excitement of seeing The McMakens and their band live (track #8, Baby, You Are Mine was actually recorded live at a house show in June of 2011) with the careful arranging and subtlety that characterizes their songwriting.
In Wilderness and Glory, EP, 2012
