Infant Holy, Infant Lowly

We recently had the chance to get together with two of our friends and singers from church to arrange and record one of Bonnie’s favorite Christmas Carols, “Infant Holy, Infant Lowly.” Consider it an early Christmas present The McMakens and friends! You can watch the ladies sing it live below and download the audio or sheet music to take with you this Christmas.

Infant holy, Infant Lowly

Infant holy, Infant lowly, for His bed a cattle stall;
Oxen lowing, little knowing, Christ the Babe is Lord of all.
Swiftly winging angels singing, noels ringing, tidings bringing:
Christ the Babe is Lord of all.

Flocks were sleeping, shepherds keeping vigil till the morning new
Saw the glory, heard the story, tidings of a Gospel true.
Thus rejoicing, free from sorrow, praises voicing, greet the morrow:
Christ the Babe was born for you.
